Employee Spotlight – Cole Ceconi
Cole grew up in Mission Viejo, not far from the historic Mission San Juan Capistrano, which was among the first places in California to cultivate grape vines in the long-past days of the Spanish Padres and Missionaries. For Cole, Temecula has been a second home to him since childhood due to his grandparents living in nearby Murrieta. Cole came to our winery about a year ago, bringing along his extensive experience and knowledge working as a Wine Specialist at BevMo and has been working in our tasting room ever since. In this time, Cole has proven to be a passionate, hard-working employee dedicated to a high level of service and sales, while always keeping a welcoming smile on his face for all who come visit our tasting room. In addition to his extensive wine knowledge, Cole’s passionate approach to life also extends to the Graphic Arts. In order to make the winery more inclusive and inviting for families who visit, Cole was commissioned by Callaway to make a poster in black and white that could be used by families with children and teens as a coloring page and activity sheet, which would include a winery-themed word search and trivia on the back side of the poster. The poster and activity sheet have been well received by visiting families. Children are encouraged to show their completed activities to one of our cashiers in our gift shop in order to receive a small prize for their efforts. Cole recently completed this commission and we are pleased to offer it to our guests in the tasting room. If you come by the winery be sure to say hello to Cole and check out his new creation
